Being listed on The Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Thus, the Group became the only listed company in Hong Kong specializing in property agency business in respect of industrial and commercial properties and shops.

Commerical Department opened the Kowloon and New Territories flagship branch in Tsim Sha Tsui East.
